How engagements run
- Scope, deliverable, review points and fee agreed in writing before work starts.
- Fixed fees rather than day rates wherever scope allows.
- Specialist partners named, with their role stated, rather than presented as in-house capacity.
- Where a project is not fundable in its current form, that is the finding, and it is delivered early.
What is not offered
- No representation before a fund, and no role in its decision-making.
- No fee contingent on a funding decision.
- No accreditation, assurance or verification services.
- No implementation or project management once funding is secured.
A polished document that fails slowly costs more than an early no. Saying a project is not ready is part of the service, not a failure of it.
