Why a single practice
Project preparation is usually sold as one item on a long list, somewhere between strategy and implementation. It is treated as writing, and priced as writing. But the writing is the last two weeks of the work, and a firm that treats it as the whole job produces documents that read well and score badly.
This practice is built the other way round. The evidence work is the service. The document is what the evidence produces.
Alexandre Germouty
Climate Readiness Advisory was founded by Alexandre Germouty, whose work combines international environmental policy, climate adaptation, water and cryosphere, legal analysis and project preparation across European and Asia-Pacific contexts.
Trained in public international law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with a Franco-Vietnamese double master in business law and a post-master’s in international environmental management from Mines Paris — PSL. Published peer-reviewed research on ASEAN climate governance and climate migration in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
Working languages: French, English, Vietnamese.
