One Excel workbook per course, one sheet per tool. Cells to fill are marked and each sheet has an example row. The readiness criterion matrix computes the weighted score and result band, and any open critical gate overrides the score.

Preparation

Use the workbooks as working papers

Download a copy before editing and keep confidential project data on your own approved systems. Example rows are illustrative. Replace them with your evidence, dates and assumptions. These files do not submit an application or send information to the practice.

The readiness workbook uses an illustrative scoring method. A material unresolved condition takes priority over a numerical score. For a plain-language starting point, try the project self-check.
